Delivery Charges are as follows:
Delivery 1: Up to £200 - £20.00
Delivery 2: Over £200 - £30.00

Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to Avia Signs within 2 days of receipt and we request that all customers open packages and check them as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be damaged in transit or if a problem has occurred during production.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you may notify us that you wish to cancel your contract before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day you receive the goods). You must then return the goods to us in the same condition you received them in and we will provide a full refund.

Exchange Policy for faulty or incorrect goods
We will be happy to exchange products that are damaged or faulty within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Obviously it will help us to resolve any issues if you can let us know as soon as the problem becomes evident.
